‘Victory Day’ of India, Vijaya Dashmi Day, 19 October 1999, will also be celebrated as the ‘Day of Invincibility for Every Nation’ in all countries where Peace Palaces will start to be constructed from Victory Day.

Above everything else, Maharishi’s achievement of 1999 is the supreme achievement of the wise throughout the ages—an objectively derived and subjectively derived scientific formula to bring perfection to every man on the basis of Natural Law—Veda Vani, Guru Vani, Kanune Kudrat—the common heritage of all mankind—the eternal Constitution of the Universe, the Veda and Vedic Literature.

It is this total potential of Natural Law, the common heritage of all mankind, which is at the basis of the structure and function of the human physiology; and due to this inherent field of all possibilities within the DNA of every cell of the human physiology, and due to Maharishi’s Technology of Natural Law, which being a Technology of Consciousness can stir the total field of human creativity within the human brain, every individual can gain the ability to utilize his total brain potential, and this will allow him to rise in the ability to know anything, do anything spontaneously right, and achieve anything through the support of Natural Law.

This vision of a forthcoming fully developed, fully enlightened perfect man and a peaceful world is the achievement of 1999—the Third Year of Maharishi’s Global Administration through Natural Law—Maharishi’s Year of Invincibility to Every Nation.

The very start of Maharishi’s worldwide Transcendental Meditation Movement had one verse of Rk Veda at its basis—one word, ‘Parame Vyoman’, of one Richa, ‘Richo Ak-kshare parame vyoman yasmin Deva adhi vishwe nisheduh’.

This one timeless verse of Rk Veda has been discovered to be the source, or fountainhead, of intelligence—the most basic field of intelligence, Transcendental Consciousness, from where all fields of knowledge, all theories of modern science—Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physiology, Agriculture, Art, Astronomy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Education, Electrical Engineering, Law, Literature, Music, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, emerge.

This has presented the possibility of creating a perfect man, a perfect society, and a perfect world characterized by self-sufficiency and invincibility.

Maharishi introduced the programme to eliminate poverty in the world to improve the economy in the thirty-three poorest countries of the world through the development of all the unused agricultural lands using healthy organic farming principles and practices (2000).

Maharishi’s Programme to Reconstruct the World, inner and outer, was outlined in Maharishi’s Master Plan to Create Heaven on Earth in 1988, and now, twelve years later (2000), it is literally bearing fruit—‘organic fruit’!

During the third quarter of 2000, on Vijaya Dashami Day, 7 October, Maharishi inaugurated the Global Country of World Peace, with its Constitution in Rk Veda, the Constitution of the Universe, and its authority in the invincible organizing power of Natural Law, which naturally and eternally governs the evolution of all life everywhere.
