Heyam duhkham anagatam
‘Avert the danger that has not yet come’ |

INTRODUCTION ‘The Vedic System of Defence is so intelligent and effective that it can be labelled as the “Absolute Strategy of Defence”, because it quietly triggers the total creativity and total organizing power of Natural Law from the transcendental field of intelligence—the transcendental, invincible field of national consciousness—creating the effect of invincibility in national consciousness.’
National Administration Upheld by Nature’s Administration ‘As Natural Law administers the universe with perfect order, it is possible to create and maintain a perfectly orderly society, always evolutionary, always progressive—free from conflicts and problems; it is easily possible to create a perfect civilization on earth—Heaven on Earth—through Vedic Knowledge and Programmes.’ ‘The prevailing principles and programmes of defence are really incomplete; they may even be labelled as “fraud”, because even though incompetent to really defend the nation, they keep the whole population under the false notion of their ability to defend.’ ‘Those in authority in the Defence Ministry, and also those who are in charge of research in the field of defence, seem to have no knowledge of the inexhaustible reservoir of energy and intelligence that is available in Veda and the Vedic Literature—the intelligence of Nature, the Constitution of the Universe—at the basis of everything in creation.’
Victory Before War with a PREVENTION WING ‘By applying Vedic Principles of Defence, “Heyam duhkham anagatam”—“Victory before War”—will be achieved, and by utilizing the Vedic Defence Technology, by creating a PREVENTION WING in the military, an invincible, impenetrable national armour will be created.’ ‘Vedic Defence will disallow the birth of an enemy by engaging the invincible power of Natural Law through a PREVENTION WING, an auxiliary defence force, in the military.’ ‘The creation of a PREVENTION WING in the military will mean that the nation’s defence will be properly equipped for “Victory before War”—perpetual invincibility.’ ‘Vedic Defence is exemplified in the Vedic Expression: Heyam duhkham anagatam. The ideal of defence is: prevent the birth of an enemy, because Vedic Awareness is so comprehensive and creative that it spontaneously eliminates all that is not helpful to life and progress, and spontaneously absorbs all that is life-supporting.’
Indomitable Power in the Field of Consciousness ‘We
will use these indomitable powers inherent on the field of
consciousness—the field of infinite energy and intelligence—the
field of the infinite organizing power of Natural Law—to
create an invincible armour for the nation, Rashtriya kavach,
and establish a perfect defence which will disallow the birth
of an enemy, seen or unseen, near or far, in the present or
